I currently accept self-pay only. The fee is $200 per individual therapy session. I can provide a superbill with all required information to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

Length of therapy and parent coaching varies greatly depending on your symptoms, readiness for change, and the type of treatment needed. Some parent coaching and CBT-based therapy can be relatively short-term (as few as 10-20 sessions). Please feel free to reach out to discuss what a treatment trajectory could look like for you.

Choosing a therapist is an important decision. I offer an initial consultation so we can discuss your concerns, goals, and what you are looking for in treatment and determine whether my personality and approach is a good fit for you or your family.
