Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Tailored to Your Goals

After six years of sharpening my skills as a clinician and broadening my knowledge of evidence-based approaches at a local group practice, I am branching out to start my own practice. I am very excited to continue working with many of you and begin a fresh therapeutic partnership with those of you who are new to me.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and life’s challenges. I also coach parents on how to support their children who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, or behavioral challenges. My approach is collaborative, authentic, and direct, helping clients build practical skills and make meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in evidence-based individual therapy and parent coaching. I’m trained in CBT, ERP, ACT, SPACE and DBT-Children. I tailor treatment to each client, combining authenticity, humor, and practical strategies to help clients and families move closer to their goals.

Starting therapy can feel daunting and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you will feel understood and supported. I’d love to connect and explore whether we might be a good fit.
